OMS needs to only merge active medications into the software. It keeps merging old inactive medications with new medications. We have to go in and delete all inactive, making it very inefficient.

It would be very helpful if I could see when/who deletes/edits a Progress note or EHR (I can see time for edit). Most of the audits are focused on transactions, however, deleting/editing notes can also be an issue of concern that needs addressed.
