As we move to the EMR the scan forms will become more important to set up the treatment plan. It would be useful to be able to add several grid s onto a "super bill" scan form, rather than having to create or update a new grid with multiple listings (recreating the wheel). If I have 3 grids I like and have been using … it would be simpler and more efficient to have the option to have multiple grids on a scan form! Can the field boxes on the scan form be set up to allow it to be changed from a listing format to a grid format …. or add 3 or 4 more grid boxes as options!

I agree. Would be very helpful when treating cases that include both deciduous teeth and permanent teeth! More grid boxes please!
