You can't add or delete items in the from groups. So you have to create new form groups. The old from groups clutter up the lists! With the addition of the EHR, and expanded use of the form groups, there are more and more being created. The old groups can't be deleted as they are "attached" to a previous patient record. If you can't free up the option to delete them. Please add a another label in the groups section - called OLD or NO LOGER USED. We can at least park the old forms group someplace.

I am having the same problem. We have so many forms and groups and need to put in archive and/or old so there is less to go thru for current year. This needs to be added ASAP because the folder just gets larger and larger.
