Love the new feature with the case templates for the EHR. Currently I am going to Windows Notepad to create a document that I can paste into the HPI section though, so that I can get the data in a line format instead of a run on sentence.
Would like the ability to click "enter" on my key board and not have to go to an outside product to make this happen.

Yes agree the power of these should be tremendous. Setting them up is an issue! When using the "cheat" as Janette described above … I am adding 10 carriage returns and copying all of that into the HPI section. That gives you some additional lines to be able to add on the fly without having to recreate the wheel each time. Until this feature is fixed. I am saving the note pad documents for each as a separate file. If I need to make a global change, then I can open the note pad document … change it and copy and paste.
