Color code progress note entries by user. Example: Dr. blue, Hygiene pink, that sort of thing. This will make for easier sifting in the notes for different types of tx. Make it easier to see at a glance the provider attached to any given note.

Please add the pre-fix field to the co-therapist (e.g. Dr., Mr., Ms, etc.) so that letters/ narratives can use this field when composing correspondence.

Having the underlines in the progress notes under the entire entry is not useful at all. Everything starts to run together. Please remove the lines. Endovision
