the way it is set up now, you can add a marker alert that opens when you open a patient's chart, but it doesn't have the actual description, you need to go to NOTES to read the description. I would suggest including the description of the marker in the pop up dialogue box when you open the patient's chart

I was reading through requests to see if I could add comments for a push.
You can use SPECIAL NOTES for this. They also give the option to have an appointment pop up or appointment comment but they give a description.
I use them for appointments and statements and label them that way.
example:
APPT - Patient must pre pay prior to visit
APPT - Patient always has nitrous
STATE - Your insurance is maxed for the year, blah blah
