There needs to be a favorites for prescrition codes. That would allow staff to select mulitple Rxs and print them

It would be helpful because it would save time, less errors, less clicks, less problems. I don't like problems. We all usually use the same prescriptions day in and day out. Why is this not done yet?

When I get a prompt that someone else is using a note, It should say who that someone else is.

It would be useful for communication, time saving and HIPPA. I want to know if an old employee logged on somehow and is now using records.

Make it so I can review and lock multiple notes and still stay on that patients narragtive.

Less clicking and jumping around. I can get more done faster

Make it so a medication a patient is taking shows up highlighted in Medical history: like Bisphophonate use!! or Warfarin.

It would be a way of always seeing those medications that are truly going to effect treatment. Like bleeding or osteonecrosis.

cancellation list

Would like to see the cancellation reason on the report as an added column, perhaps a preference. Currently creating an excel spreadsheet for this manually. CID 68220

SIDE PANELS

You cannot drag the medical history control panel to make it smaller. This is a huge inconvenience. You can make it bigger but not smaller and it is overlapping important information in the EHR.

EMR Case notification box

Once a case is started, every time another user or computer for the EHR record, the Case type selection box opens up. It becomes confusing and multiple cases can end up being added. The treatment phase with VS integration is attached to one case …...

BOTH MEDICAL HISTORY DATES SHOULD UPDATE AT SAME TIME.

CURRENTLY YOU HAVE TO ENTER MEDICAL UPDATE TWICE. WHY NOT JUST ONE MED HX UPDATE?

capability to place additional statement or message notes at time of generating the billing statement on the same screen

more efficient so I dont have to move out of the statement generating page to make notes elsewhere
