denial reasons on statements

Would be nice if the denial reason (entered when posting the insurance payment and using the denial check box/reason)...would show on the patient's statement. It would save calls to the office perhaps. Idea submitted from DVE Expert Series

BRING BACK THE OLD PATIENT INFORMATION CENTER

We find the new PIC very hard to see. Plus, it is the most horrid design we've ever seen and there was nothing wrong with the old one. Please do something about the new PIC in V 18 !!
