When cancelling an appointment - we would like the option in the second window to create a custom drop-down list instead of free hand typing.
I suppose to make it universal for offices, we would need the option to turn off free hand comments and turn on the drop-down list. The drop-down list needs to be customizable and can be a phrase or short sentence. Maybe a 25 character limit or something like that.
As a large group, tracking the reasons for cancellations gives a lot of room for us to do additional training / marketing /etc.
Right click on appointment
Choose Cancel
First window - choose cancel / fail / call list
Second window - currently you type in a reason (it can be left blank)
Examples of drop down for cancellation reasons:
out of network
financial cost
illness
moved
