Every once in awhile we have a patient who will come in with 2 dental policies, but not only 2 policies but from the same company. Lets say he and his wife work for the same company and they both have the Cigna dental policy.
It would be helpful if the primary and secondary insurance could be different colors when processing the payments, so when you look at the ledger and see Cigna in blue it is the primary payment while the Cigna in, lets say green is the secondary payment.
