When a case is started with one provider; there should be a way to allow another provider to perform the case/provide the treatment without having the initial provider automatically being put in as the treating provider. Example: Provider 1 sees consult for wisdom teeth & is listed in the case as the provider---the notes are all automatically filled with provider 1. Then on another day patient returns for treatment with provider 2 because patient is in pain and wants to get in with first available surgeon--who happens to be provider 2 when they see patient---everything still power merges as if provider 1 is the treating doctor. Please make a pathway for a second provider to treat patient without having to re-enter the entire case again with provider 2---that is so redundant and unnecessary.
