Update DV Remote

Previously requested as a fix but advised to put in an enhancement request. Original case # 05373240

Issue - DV remote defaults to XX : \tw\s.rvg

Need - the s.rvg removed

Information from our IT department: Carestream 6 structured it's database so that patients were organized with the first letter of the patient's last name, then they appended ".rvg." So, Ben Haner would have had his data stuck in the H.rvg folder, and Zack Grafton would've had his data stuck in G.rvg. The "s.rvg" implies that all the patients whose last name started with "S" were stored in that directory. However, when the bridge is involved, Carestream doesn't care. It will use either the patient number or the master key as a directory name. Carestream is currently at version 8, and they no longer use this directory structure at all. Everything is stored in folders that are GUIDs with the standard presentation dashes removed and there is a database that stores more details about the patient.

This isn't so much about it working, but about the initial assumptions being incorrect. The "s.rvg" was never a required part of the path. It is just wrong. The way dvremote is setup requires us to work with abnormal paths all the time. Now, we are at the point where Carestream techs are getting confused when we are upgrading Carestream software because they think they are looking at data from Carestream 6 and it gets even weirder because they think they are dealing with multiple TBs of customers with just last names starting with "S".

We are currently having to fix this with a hex editor but would rather this be configured right from the start.
