the CDT codes should populate on the treatment plans, since the internal codes are merely for the office with shared codes, members are checking their benefits on their own and they are giving the internal code not knowing, the insurance companies are telling them we have the wrong code. I feel that this would be most helpful for all offices and should be a standard. The members/patients are entitled to have correct information to present to their dental plans
