We have a Patient Care department that make appointments all day long and this way we can track how many appointments each person made.

To accommodate condensed working schedules and still have accurate overtime reports, we need the overtime settings to be modifiable for each day. (Example: Calculate OT after 9 hours on Monday to Thursday and OT after 8 hours on Friday)

The PIC used to look way more organized. Can we make it look like that again?

We need additional pronouns and genders added to the general screen for patients. The office staff is at a disadvantage when patients would prefer to be called they, them or their or identify as a different gender outside of male or female.

Dental offices do not like having the treatment complete letter information in an email body. They prefer to receive it as a PDF attachment, just like the EHR narratives. Could we please change this feature back to be a PDF attachment?
