When adding a pt into pre reg it would be helpful to have a flag added after we enter date of birth (similar to pt is a minor) to alert us that this pt is over 65, therefore we need to ask about Medicare ins info.

We can only add a family member if they are a guarantor or if they are in pre-reg. There is no way to just add family members to the charts if both patients are registered.
