We would like to be able to copy our prior prior notes after they have been locked in the system. No changes, just copy them. This is because we like to copy our prior Periodic Oral Exam Notes at regular recall/cleaning visits and paste them into our current date's notes and modify what we need to modify rather than having to rewrite the entire note all over again. This issue is causing us to not lock our notes or do a work around where we copy the notes before locking them and store them in case notes or somewhere else but this is tedious and time consuming.
