Why does the appointment show posted after you take the patient's payment? Most Oral Surgery offices collect BEFORE the surgery or Consult. It should only show posted AFTER the charges have been posted. DENTRIX does a good job of this.

In the insurance profile window, the telephone number for the insurance company should display on that line. You use that way more and it should be accessible instead of having to edit to view

This would benefit for all practices so the daily appointment book is full page every time and no adjustment is needed at each log in.

When confirming appointments, instead of hitting Left Message, you could have an option that is Text Sent. We have much more luck confirming with a text than leaving a message. This would be a more accurate way to track what we have done to confirm.
