When I as practitioner, click the link to radiographs or other information from appointment book/ I get no patient and have to research what problem is? Most often patient name was spelled wrong. This does continue problem with radiographs assigned the wrong name sometimes, have prescriptions with wrong spelling of name, etc.
If the patent's name is a spelled wrong a window could pop up to say do you want to change information on preregister and appointment book and other areas?
