It would be helpful to have a prompt for the Provider to check their e-Rx Tasks to avoid oversight. Perhaps a pop-up, similar to the Tickler File pop-up, that would alert the Provider that a new Rx has been referred to them for auth, and stay on the screen until it is manually closed.
