Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office (as I am sure others are) is trying to implement teledentistry appointments so that we can create treatment plans for patients who need future surgery, while not having to have them risk coming in to our office.
When our doctor tries to open a new virtual scan form from the EHR window for these teledentistry appointments so he can route a treatment plan, there is a pop up stating "cannot locate an appointment with a form associated with the current date.
We would like the ability to route forms without having an appointment on the schedule for that time, as dentistry must evolve during these times.
