The current listing of a group item in the EMR narratives when you have multiple items selected lists the items then "and" then lists the next item "and" so on. Would be nice to have a setting on each merge field or group items that can allow it to be listed as "or" instead of "and" … and also an option to allow the items to be displayed as a list … so instead of "and" there is a "carriage return" then the next item listed.
