This has worked in the past and no longer does. Was advised that it was WAD and would be an enhancement request now.
Patient has a balance.
Patient has remaining benefits.
Transfer on the ledger does not change the line item to green when transferring it to insurance.
Using the same option but edit transaction / related transaction (when preference is turned on) does not turn it green either.
Ideally, if we are transferring TO insurance, the line should turn and stay green till the payment or denial is posted to it. as a visual add in AR
