In Documents, when we add an x-ray or photos etc, from previous dentist/providers, it does NOT allow us to change the date to when it was taken. It locks on the date it was put into documents. We used to be able to change the date to whatever it is. It no longer allows that. We then have old x-rays, photos etc under incorrect dates in our EMR, which could lead to issues legally with incorrect documentation. We would like to be able to make the date the actual date for that item. This was discussed with Support and they recommended we request it on here. It is not a new idea, but asking to change it back to how it was in the past.
