SPEC 5529
Add a patient into pre registration and add insurance onto their pre reg account. Make sure to put in an effective date. Now, double click on the employer field. Then close out WITHOUT changing anything. The effective date changes. No change was made on the patient or the profile. The date should not change.
This was deemed as WAD by development.
If no change is made, nothing should change on the patient account or profile.
