We are on Dental Vision Enterprise and a DSO.
I currently have the preferences turned on:
1 - Hiding completed treatment plans on the treatment plan tab of the PIC
2 - Auto delete completed treatment plans when posted
We also use the letters from the PIC with a table set up for treatment plan / financial agreements.
I would like to turn off the auto delete feature for the completed items, as we would like to pull reports on completed treatment.
However, right now, there is no way to filter completed treatment from printing on a treatment plan letter.
This IS a feature on printing the treatment plan from the treatment plan tab.
Therefore, it should be a feature on the treatment plan letters as well.
