As a large DSO, we often want to see more detail on the appointments audit logs than we currently have.
Right now, the only information we can pull is:
when the appointment was created
when the appointment was LAST changed
What we are wanting is every change made to that appointment.
Also, right now, if you open an appointment and click OK, it tracks that as a change even if nothing was changed. So that should be marked as a "null" change ideally. So we know the appointment was viewed but not changed.
