How to access the report - Report / Monthly / Financial
Issue - EOB Imports do not show on the report
When HS One built out the EOB auto posting feature, they added a payment type of EOB IMPORT. So when Auto Posting, that is how these "payments" show up.
When you pull the month financial report, these items do NOT show up on there
Image one - this shows the line item on the COLLECTION report (report / daily / collection).
Image two - this shows the total at the bottom of the COLLECTION report as "other"
Image three - this is the monthly financial report. EFTs and other are here, but not the EOB Imports. EOB imports are included in the 83026.18 insurance total, but not broken down in any of the categories. There is a blank box...put them there.
It is like you put a feature in place but didn't care it through all the reports.
It was suggested by support to put them as an EFT. However...changing it, changes history. It also affects how our account team for a large NDSO balances at the end of the month.
