Currently with eprescribe - when a provider leaves the practices, I have to call Henry Schein and have them remove the user from the eprescribe table to "free up" that license to be used again
We already have to disable their userlog in and their eprescribe log in - this should be tied to that and ask if you want to delete the user from the ERX USER table or do it automatically
There should also be somewhere that tells you how many license you have versus how many you are using. As a large NDSO, I keep track of the licenses I purchase, but I can't tell how many are actually in uses, with providers changing in and out over the years.
