Last night we did the upgrade to the 19.1.396 version of OMS. We frequently use the check tracer number under utilities, that function has now been renamed to Payment tracer-and has lost the functionality to give the total check amount. Is there something that can be adjusted with preferences to get the total amount generated?

This was a vital function that definitely needs to be restored! PLEASE!!!
100% agree with this. In the past, we were told that we would never LOOSE functionality and that is exactly what has happened here.
Our payment posters use the Check Tracer (now called Payment Tracer) to verify totals and to find missing or incorrectly posted payments. That functionality is now lost.
Also - the new Payment Tracer sorts by the Payment name, rather than the payment category. That means my insurance checks are showing up under "other" in the Payment tracer, with no check number or totals either.
