It would be beneficial if we could run an audit trail for deleted Pre-Reg. patients. Someone in our office entered the patients personal info, along with the treatment history & referral details. Unfortunately, somebody else accidently deleted the wrong pre-registered patient and lost all of the information. No way to retrieve it and she can't remember the referrer name or patient name...
