I would like to create a query that finds all insurance balances of $100 and greater, that are have a last insurance payment of equal to or greater than 3 months (90 days).
In the notepad feature, I set insurances balances greater than or equal to $100 and chose a last payment date of older than or equal 2/12/22 (given today is 5/12/22) and it cranked out an incomplete list.
Why is this valuable? We have orthodontic patients, and insurance companies are notorious for delayed payment, sometimes a year or longer, and of course a patient will not pay us, until their insurance has chimed in.
I called PerioVision tech support, and they told me that last payment date does not distinguish between a patient payment or insurance payment. I then asked if you had a flag or field that does so? and they said No. So I would like that flag or field to be added to periovision so I could do this query in notepad.
