Would be useful to track when the registered provider on an account was changed.
Example: I have a ledger note on a patient that is a different provider than the current registered provider. When ledger notes are added after the posting of transactions, they default the registered doctor. Therefore I know that my registered provider was changed at some point...but I don't know when or by whom.
