BE ABLE TO CHOOSE WHICH CASE FOR EHR NARRATIVE

I would like to be able to choose the case for EHR narrative or operative report. I don't like that it goes to the last case created. We create cases for our post-ops and they may come back before the operative report has been generated.

When entering an addendum by double-clicking inside a chart note for the drop-down choices, despite where you click inside the progress note for the entry to go, the copy and paste auto-drops to the bottom of the chart note.

We should be able to copy and pate it wherever it needs to be placed.

We would like to be able to change font colors in both the ledger and chart notes; e.g., "new insurance" in chart notes and also ledger entries, such as blue for personal patient payments and green for insurance payments.

Anyone who utilizes Dental Vision would appreciate the ability to do this.

We are required to be efficient! Allsricpts doesn't allow that very well. We need to have AllScripts send an SMS message to the providers phone or ipad advising that an erx taks is present to be completed. The SMS messaging is already in place for "changes" and "errors" it needs to also advise when an Rx has been uplaoded. When we were doing paper Rx ... the staff hands a sheet to sign. Now the staaff can upload and Rx and since we are busy .... getting an Rx approved could be delayed. Make this process more stream lined for the providers and paying customers.

Provider User table once uploaded, show still populate the providers information and allow future updates to Allscripts. Per the trainer this is ONLY a problem with the VISION software platform. Dentrix and others polpulate and allow updates. This should be a priority!

Medical Tracking & Medical History dates should update at the same time.

At this time in PIC on the general tab under tracking there is a medical history date and there is the pinned sidebar for the medical history box with a date. These two dates should auto-update when changing one or the other. See attached photo

Get rid of IN and OUT at the beginning of the block

Some of our new hires get confused by the *IN*and *OUT *on the blocks and we have to explain that is just the type of block. It would be useful to be able to just label the block as we need it instead of having what type of block it is
