We want to use all 16 custom color block options in the appointment book. The system will let you customize 12, but not the remaining 4. Please change.

When adding a new referrer to the database, Category defaults to "Personal". It would be helpful if Category would default to "Professional" instead, as most of our referrals are general dental or other dental specialty offices.

Like most apps and systems, there should be a dark mode option per station.

We have only recently started using IM, and our team finds it useful. If there was an alert sound, it would allow us to minimize the feature, instead of closing out of it every single time we use it.

I believe it would benefit all users if you could select specific documents that you want to be printed at once. Sometimes I need multiple documents from different categories printed but have to open then individually in or to print.

When making an appointment it would be nice to have on the phone fields a set up Cell, home and other... not many people have a home number anymore and we don't call the work.
