Have the ability to remove the signature lines at the bottom of the treatment plan print out, we do not have patients sign and when we email them the treatment plan, it is confusing and they think they need to sign and return it, we don't ask that. It should be optional to have that on there.

Make a default setting to have the appointment book open up to 'Layer' page layout automatically everytime

This would benefit for all practices so the daily appointment book is full page every time and no adjustment is needed at each log in.

It would be very helpful to filter out and run a report showing all of the claims returned with an error or that were unprocessed so that we can resubmit in a timely manner.

The category I use as favorites has to be scrolled down to each time. If this could be listed at the top it would be great.

Text Sent option under the Confirmation Status

When confirming appointments, instead of hitting Left Message, you could have an option that is Text Sent. We have much more luck confirming with a text than leaving a message. This would be a more accurate way to track what we have done to confirm.
