Sort documents by date within categories.

It would be much better to be able to sort documents by date within each category without also having to sort the categories by date.

Mail Messages

When you push enter to start your mail message it will deliver a blank message. Could it be back to the way it was prior to 18.0 where pushing enter then starting your message (so it's not so crunched to the top) does not create a blank message?

If the patient has dual insurance, and the primary doesn't fully pay, let the remaining balance be transferred to the secondary instead of the patient

We have things set up where 100% of the coverage is put on the primary. When the primary does not fully pay, and we submit the payment, it then transfers the remaining balance to the patient. We have been told this is how the software is designed....

We recently upgraded to 17.1.0 and lost the ability to send letters as an attachment. This is crucial to the doctor and he is requesting this be made possible as soon as possible.
