Currently the Appointment List shows only the Gen. Dent. I would like to see it show the Referring Provider instead or give us the option to include that.

We keep our suspended treatment plans. If we want take them from Planned to Suspended we have to do this one line at a time. How about we hit the grey bar at the top and Suspend all lines at once, much like when we mark a treatment plan returned.

Would like a way to turn off the "Do you want to print" feature. We commonly do more than 1 at a time and it's a little annoying to hit "no" after you enter each script.
