Add a feature that would show last date insurance profile was updated

We never know how current or outdated the info is ?? If it is current, then we would know that and not call on every patient

Please add an "Other" choice for the "Sex or Gender" option under Patient Registration Update Form

As a healthcare provider we are require to be gender neutral facility and our patient form will have to reflect that. Please add an "Other" option under gender choice. thanks

Insurance coverage doesn't scale in Insurance Tab

Recently upgraded to DentalVision 19.0.290. The insurance profiles that are associated with patient accounts no longer scale properly. So now they appear in a font that is much smaller than the other fonts in the Insurance tab.

Ability to run an audit trail for deleted Pre-Reg patients

It would be beneficial if we could run an audit trail for deleted Pre-Reg. patients. Someone in our office entered the patients personal info, along with the treatment history & referral details. Unfortunately, somebody else accidently deleted...

Currently, it is not possible to print a receipt for payments that were made on different days - only one at a time. Patients often want a statement for all services & payments they had in one year and it would be nice to be able to print them...
