We have only recently started using IM, and our team finds it useful. If there was an alert sound, it would allow us to minimize the feature, instead of closing out of it every single time we use it.

I should be able to search for electronic payments by reference # just like I can search for check payments.

Why is this software so laggy? Unchangeable even with the simplest of things? It is not user friendly. It also crashes a lot. I'm not very satisfied with it.
