When you choose the implant completed letter it drags all the implant information for every implant the patient has ever had. You can delete the old information but you can't delete the grid which makes the letter 2-3 pages long and looks absolute...

In EHR, we use the Chief Complaint & HPI tabs in Subjective instead of the Pain / Swelling tab in Objective. We would like to be able to hide the Pain / Swelling tab system-wide instead of just per patient.
