Would like to be able to enter ONE number for recession for each side (buccal / lingual). Currently you have to enter six numbers.

You cannot drag the medical history control panel to make it smaller. This is a huge inconvenience. You can make it bigger but not smaller and it is overlapping important information in the EHR.

Why is the dentition not aligned with the teeth #'s when you are viewing "Split Upper" or "Split Lower"? This makes it difficult when charting new numbers. It would be very very helpful if they were aligned, or when charting pocket depths the toot...
