Claims Submission Error Report/Unprocessed Report

It would be very helpful to filter out and run a report showing all of the claims returned with an error or that were unprocessed so that we can resubmit in a timely manner.

Ins profiles should have options to add req docs/images per profile. Now, you can only do it in the fee schedule. Since not all ins co's require the same information, it would be very helpful to put specifics about ins requirements for specific codes in each profile and not only as a comment.

Insurance tab - leave the subscriber's information blank

It always defaults to the patient, so many times claims are submitted with incorrect subscriber if not deleted and added.

We want ability to add dx code to a code in the fee schedule-not cpt code because the same cpt code is attached to multiple cdt codes.
