Would like the option to add a guarantor for minor patients when in Pre-Registration.

Currently the Appointment List shows only the Gen. Dent. I would like to see it show the Referring Provider instead or give us the option to include that.

It would be great to be able to right click on the patient's appointment in the appointment book to access treatment plan more quickly.

Why does the appointment show posted after you take the patient's payment? Most Oral Surgery offices collect BEFORE the surgery or Consult. It should only show posted AFTER the charges have been posted. DENTRIX does a good job of this.

In the insurance profile window, the telephone number for the insurance company should display on that line. You use that way more and it should be accessible instead of having to edit to view

Is there a way to generate a report of all the patients that cancelled on a particular date? If not please consider adding this as an option. Thank you.

There is an awesome feature in the software for appointment searches. Appointment book / tools / search / appointment searchIt looks for both new and existing patients (only field that does!) Issue - it is hard to find and staff forget where it is...

Currently the procedure, provider, progress note lock & alerts are all on one line. The alert icons cover up the provider and procedure. Would like a separate line for the alerts.
