I do not like the update where I scroll with the mouse wheel and I either see the morning or the afternoon. I liked the prior version of being able to use the wheel to scroll through the day

If you "leave a message" the wording in the history then reads "confirmed". It is not confirmed.

This is very useful to be able to jump right to all the 3 or 4 unit surgeries, or specific appointment types.

Is there a way to generate a report of all the patients that cancelled on a particular date? If not please consider adding this as an option. Thank you.

There is an awesome feature in the software for appointment searches. Appointment book / tools / search / appointment searchIt looks for both new and existing patients (only field that does!) Issue - it is hard to find and staff forget where it is...

Some of our new hires get confused by the *IN*and *OUT *on the blocks and we have to explain that is just the type of block. It would be useful to be able to just label the block as we need it instead of having what type of block it is
